This new interactive video and live sensational one man show is performed by a very talented Singer Comedian and Musician, Dave Allen. who will be Singing, playing Drums, playing Guitar and Blues Harp with lots of comedy and great rock & Roll. He performs all the great material from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s with costumes and a great lighting show, also a superb Stereo production sound makes a very “easy listening show”. A huge video backdrop takes you on a musical journey with the great hits of American Artists like Elvis, Roy Orbison, Bill Hayley, Buddy Holly, A Tina Turner Duet, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard and many more. The British Artists with, Cliff Richard, The Beatles, Queen, Tom Jones, The Kinks, Status Quo, Rod Stewart, Bryan Ferry, and The Searches. Followed by the Australian Rock & Rollers such as, Daddy Cool, Billy Thorpe, Ted Mulry, The Easybeats, Masters Apprentices, Dragon, Ray Brown & the Whispers, Ray Columbus & the Invaders, Chain, ACDC, John Paul Young, finishing with a tribute to the Australian great, the mercurial Johnny O’Keefe, plus many more of the Rock and Roll greats. The show consists of costumes, an extensive song list, comical songs and routines. Dave Allen’s “Rock around the World Show” is a totally entertaining show performed in “Two 90 minute segments” over three hours with a 20 minute Interval, and, can be performed to a sit down audience, or a night of dancing, whatever takes your fancy. |
